Student Times: 8:30-3:15
Enrollment
Students are referred to CVSEC programs through the IEP process at their resident district. Students who are not making progress towards their IEP goals/objectives may be referred if the IEP team determines our programs would be the Least Restrictive Environment for the student.
If you have questions regarding your child attending one of the CVSEC programs, please contact your resident district special education director or special education assistant director.
Inclement weather and emergency closing procedures
If any one of the member districts (Faribault, Medford, Northfield, Owatonna) decide to cancel school due to poor weather, all CVSEC sites will close for student programming.
If any one of the member districts (Faribault, Medford, Northfield, Owatonna) have a two-hour late start or an early release, all CVSEC sites will do the same.
Staff will refer to their Employee Agreements for procedures on emergency and weather closing.
Transportation
Transportation to and from Cannon Valley Special Education Cooperative sites is provided by the student's resident district. Parents are encouraged to contact the student's resident district for more information.
